About Me
My name is Christine DaSilva, and I am the proud Owner of DaSilva Solutions LLC. Back in 2005, I embarked on my career journey in the dental industry as a Dental Assistant. Over the past two decades, I have gradually worked my way up, transitioning from the clinical aspects of the office to the administrative side. Throughout my professional growth, I discovered that Accounts Receivable (A/R) and managing denied claims are where my true passion lies. I loved it so much, in fact, that I had the privilege of overseeing A/R reports for 27 different offices, providing vital support to these practices and their patients in navigating the complexities of insurance payments. My role allowed me to help relieve some of the daily stresses that can burden front office staff. Facilitating payments from insurance companies is more than just a task for me; it is a genuine passion. I firmly believe that when we do what is right for our patients, we ultimately do what is right for our business as well.

Denied Claims
We work diligently to identify denied claims and analyze the reasons of denial. We follow-up with the insurance company for any additional information that is needed. We then proceed to refile the claim and initiate a follow-up plan and file appeals as needed.
Prior Authorizations and Insurance Verifications
We work together with your staff to obtain all necessary documentation to gain any prior authorizations needed for your patient’s treatment. We take care of all submissions to insurance and follow-up with your team once the patient is approved. We also take the time to verify your patient’s insurance prior to the time of appointment.
